Children’s Birthday Parties

Our special birthday party package includes a return trip on the train to Groombridge, followed by a birthday tea in our buffet car at Tunbridge Wells West station. Each child attending also receives a small present.

We are able to cater for children's birthday parties on most operating weekends, however early booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment. We can currently cater for between 5 and 15 children.

Birthday party trains leave Tunbridge Wells West at:

SERVICE ONE - 11.45, 13.15, 14:30. SERVICE TWO – 11.00, 12.15, 14.15

All this for a special price of £9.00 per child (£5.00 for accompanying adults).

Group Bookings

We are able to offer special reduced fares to pre-booked groups of 20 or more people. We also offer groups rate tickets for Groombridge Place Gardens. Please enquire at the ticket office for more details of what we can offer you.

Special Charter Trains

Why not hire our train to take you and your guests to a function at the High Rocks complex? We are able to offer private trains after our scheduled passenger services at very reasonable prices. Alternatively you can hire a compartment or carriage on a scheduled service.
