There may be occasions when the locomotive maybe unavailable due to minor repairs, boiler washouts or not required in service. If there is a particular locomotive you wish to see in service, please contact the railway prior to your visit, although this is subject to availability.

Wickham Trolley - DS3327

Built as one of a batch of twenty two Type 27A MkIII's ordered by British Rail Western Region delivered in April & May 1955 on Wickham Order 55414.

This one was shipped from Wickham's on 5 May 1955 to Exeter, Devon.

Originally fitted with a Ford 10hp Industrial engine - Number C840540. It was given the Running Numbers B33 & PWM 3959.

It was later allocated Southern Region DS3327.

Status - Currently under restoration

The railway has a large fleet of wagons which it uses for engineering purposes and for goods trains. A proportion of these are ex-London Transport vehicles which were used on the Underground.
