Mk1 Buffet Car S69306 ex 4 BIG EMU

Mk1 Buffet Car S69306, ex Class 420/1 BIG EMU, built 1965. Internally converted to 240v for use as static buffet car.  Good dry coach, in need of some refurbishment to return to peak condition.  Currently on Commonwealth accommodation bogies but plan to swap to original B5s prior to sale. Ideal for similar static catering use elsewhere, or Air BnB type conversion.

LT Taylor & Hubbard 6ton capacity travelling Diesel Electric Crane, DEC622 with jib runner JC689
Built 1964 (jib carrier originally a flat wagon from 1925) to London Underground Tube Gauge, not the last survivor of its type.  Damaged slew box gear and case caused withdrawal.  Has not run for a number of years,but was operational prior to withdrawal apart from the damaged slew box. Approx 43tons, length over jib carrier approx 65ft

All vehicles sold as seen. The crane will be sold as scrap or broken for spares if not sold by end of Summer 2024
