Locomotive Roster – Please contact us in advance if you are coming to see a specific locomotive as this roster can change!

Locomotive allocations may change (including on the day) subject to maintenance work and are always subject to availability.

Spa Valley Railway closes after 2nd November, Polar Express operations begin from 9th November to 23rd December however access to Tunbridge Wells West is only for Polar Express ticket holders during that time. High Rocks, Groombridge and Eridge stations will not be served by train services during that time.

We strongly recommend that, if you are visiting for a specific locomotive(s), you contact us the day prior to confirm the likely locomotive(s) in use. This page is updated by volunteers as frequently as we can but sometimes other matters take place which mean it isn't possible to do so.

We respond to emails quickly, we do not have persons on site to answer the phone unless it is an operating day so if you want to see a specific locomotive(s) in operation please contact us.
