How to book:

1. Click on the link for your voucher type for booking details.
2. When on the page please select the date you wish to travel on.
3. Follow through our website to the 'Checkout' page.
4. You will be presented with a page that asks you to enter your email address and on the bottom of that page you will also be required to enter your Voucher Serial Number and PIN Number.
5. Once these details have been entered you must click 'redeem voucher' before moving on.
6. This will automatically take your purchase value to £0.00.
7. Once this has been done then you will be able to enter your details and follow through the rest of our standard process for booking.

I have a voucher from Activity Superstore/Debenhams/Argos, how do I book?

Unfortunately vouchers issued by or on behalf of Activity Superstore are not valid for travel on the Spa Valley Railway, we were listed as a participating location in error. We are unable to discuss any aspect of these vouchers. For help contact Activity Superstore here.

TRAVELZOO & BUY A GIFT:

Please check with your voucher booking provider for how to redeem your voucher. Vouchers bought through third parties must be redeemed through their voucher terms and conditions prior to arriving at a Spa Valley service. 

Travelzoo & Buy a Gift cannot be booked in advance via this website.

Please do not try to book and redeem your Groupon, Travelzoo, Buy a Gift vouchers through this site if they are for standard travel, it is not valid and you will be charged full fares plus a booking fee, this is regardless of the code you apply in our discount section as they are not valid on our website.

Please note that any bookings made this way will not qualify for a refund.
