Visit us on a qualifying date with a printed copy of your voucher. Take the voucher to the ticket office on arrival. It will be swapped for the appropriate travel ticket.
Virgin Vouchers for 'Standard Travel for Two', 'Steam Train Trip For Two' and 'Steam Train Trip and Afternoon Tea for Two' do not require pre booking. Simply check the date you wish to visit is a green timetable day on our calendar. Bring your voucher to the Ticket Office when you arrive where it will be exchanged for a travel ticket.
IF YOU HAVE A TRAVELZOO VOUCHER WHICH EXPIRES ON 31ST JANUARY, WE HAVE AN ARRANGEMENT WITH TRAVELZOO THAT YOU CAN USE THIS VOUCHER ON ANY GREEN TIMETABLED DAY UNTIL THE END OF FEBRUARY. AFTER THIS DATE IT/THEY WILL NOT BE VALID.
