The Spa Valley Railway is currently closed and all online bookings are switched off, this situation will remain the case until the railway is permitted to re-open along with other hospitality attractions and we await further advice from the UK Government. We receieve this advise at the same time as the rest of the nation and do not see or hear about anything in advance. 

We are not taking future bookings for any experiences until the COVID-19 situation eases and therefore we politely ask that persons refrain from contacting us to ask when will our bookings re-open, it is something that is outside of our control. 

We politely request that all users of our 'Contact Us' page only contact us if the answer to your query cannot be found below or you need re-booking on a future service. We rely on three volunteers to monitor our enquries account who also have other full time work, it may take sometime to reply to your enquiry.

Group Bookings - for 20 or more persons when booked in advance only - WE ARE NOT TAKING BOOKINGS FOR GROUPS AT THE PRESENT TIME.
For those contacting us regarding Group Bookings, the Spa Valley Railway offers the following discounts on Green Timetable Days only. 

If you are making an enquiry for a group booking we need to know the following information to quote accurately: Date you wish to travel, the time of train you wish to travel on, the number of persons you wish to book for.

Fundraising/Raffle Prizes
Due to the high volume of fundraising requests that we receive, and the fact that we are a registered charity ourselves, the Spa Valley Railway is unable to support raffles or assist with fundraising requests. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you luck with all your fundraising events. We politely request that persons do not send enquiries regarding fundraising or raffle prizes.
