'City of Wells' Fish & Chip Supper

Saturday 3rd September

British tradition with West Country Bulleid Pacific No. 34092 'City of Wells'!
Join us for an extra special evening dining train hauled by visiting West Country Bulleid Pacific No. 34092 'City of Wells' and Class 25 D7612!

Enjoy an evening out with a traditional meal of fish & chips followed by a slice of sponge cake on board our heritage train hauled by this magnificant locomotive that was built at Brighton in 1949 and named Wells. This changed in 1950 to 'City of Wells' and this 4-6-2 Pacific locomotive was initially allocated to Stewarts Lane where it worked out of Victoria to the Kent coast so 34092 is certainly familiar with Kent and the Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells area.

You will board the train at Tunbridge Wells West and set off for Eridge, completing three return journeys during the evening. Times of this trains departure are shown on your eTicekts.

We recommend taking out a form of insurance to protect yourself if necessary. To re-book you will be required to pay the full fare again.
