Winter Steam Gala!

Winter Steam Up - with visiting BR Standard 2MT N^o. 78019!
Our Winter Steam Gala takes place on Friday 9th, Saturday 10th & Sunday 11th February and you can pass away one of those chilly Winter Fridays and weekends with a range of steam hauled services throughout the day and well into the evenings too. 

Visiting us for the first time is BR Standard 2MT N^o. 78019 courtesy of the Great Central Railway and Loughborough Standard Locomotive Group and this 2-6-0 locomotive, not that often seen on the Southern region will join BR Standard 4MT N^o. 80078, Andrew Barclay N^o. 2315 'Lady Ingrid', Caledonian Railway N^o. 828 and Bulleid Pacific N^o. 34072 '257 Squadron' operating through the High Weald between Tunbridge Wells West and Eridge.

Catering
Set A will convey our bar car 'Kate' and set B our Restaurant Miniature Buffet serving a range of drinks and light refreshments throughout the day, at Tunbridge Wells West our station shop serves teas, coffees, hot chocolate and light snacks and there are catering outlets at Groombridge and Eridge serving hot and cold drinks and light refreshements too. 

Dining Trains
The popular Fish & Chip Supper and Real Ale trains will operate on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th January from Tunbridge Wells West, non-dining passengers can travel on these services without needing to book an additional ticket. 

Friday 9th services will be hauled BR Standard 4MT No. 80078 and Caledonian Railway No. 828 and Saturday 10th will be hauled by Bulleid Pacific No. 34072 '257 Squadron' and BR Standard 4MT No. 80078.
